Customer's reviews
Craig and the Guys have transformed our home with their fabulous roofline system over the last couple of days. Our home looks new again thanks to CSM Trade North East LTD. To say we are happy would be an understatement.. We are delighted!! So much in fact that we are having CSM back to our home to do more work on our garage in the near future.. The best company We have had the pleasure to deal with..
Additionally, CSM Trade North East Ltd has just finished work on our porch project that again has made our house a home.. Friends, family and Neighbours have all commented on how it has transformed our property.
Also just had our garage fitted with a new remote controlled door and a brand new roof including roofline etc. Craig and his team have transformed our property once again. The workmanship and quality etc is second to none!!
A huge thank you to Craig and the team.

Outhouse Conversion by CSM Trade North East!
I cannot recommend CSM Trade North East highly enough! They recently completed an outhouse conversion for me, taking an old, wet, and damp coal shed and transforming it into a functional, beautiful, and fully integrated part of our home.
It was a challenging job, to say the least – frankly, it was a "pig" of a project that many other building firms simply refused to even consider.
From start to finish, the whole team was excellent. They approached the work with an incredible 'can-do' attitude and were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process.
Communication was fantastic, and they handled every obstacle presented by the structure with professionalism and expertise.
A special shout-out must go to the fitters, Peter and Lee, who were truly superb. Their skill and dedication turned a potentially difficult, messy job into a stunning success.

This is the second time I’ve used CSM for roofline work, and once again, they’ve exceeded expectations. They previously replaced the roofline on my old house, so I didn’t hesitate to contact them again. Craig came out to measure up and offered a very competitive quote for replacing the fascia, soffits, and guttering.
The team arrived promptly on the scheduled date and carried out the work to an exceptional standard. The finish is incredibly neat, and it’s completely transformed the front of the house. Everyone was courteous, professional, and respectful of the property throughout the job.
I’m absolutely delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CSM to anyone looking for high-quality roofline work. Reliable, professional, and great value.
